SATURDAY THE 8TH
Coach Dylan, Coach Michelle and myself (Coach Matt) are leaving Friday morning for "The Beast of the East" in Conn.  The Beast of the East is like the CrossFit Games for the East Coast.  

We need coverage Saturday morning for the:
7:00am
8:00am
9:00am
10:30am @ Exton
Please post to comments if you can cover any or all of these classes.  We would greatly appreciate all the help we can get!
 
***ATTENTION:  We also need coverage for the 4:15 this Friday the 7th at Inspire

ON-RAMP Coverage
  We need coverage for the 10:00am On-Ramp Class on Saturday the 8th


Coaches Meeting:
10/15 @ 12:00pm

I would like to hold a coaches meeting on either of those dates and times.  In this meeting, we will focus on part 2 of our coaching protocols and procedures series.  Topics that will be covered will be:
-  Cueing / Coaching the O-lifts
- Contraindications for CrossFit
- Membership pricing and incentives for coaches
-  Open forum


Please post which one works the best and majority will rule.  Once it's scheduled, please try to make every effort to attend.  I will be unable to give an "individual meeting brief" due to the nature of the material that will be covered.  It will be very much like a "Coaches Clinic". 


COACHES NOTE... PLEASE PITCH IN!?
We need a group effort to try to keep Inspire and Exton "neat".  Keeping the both boxes clean is hard enough and Darin and I have taken action in order to keep the facilities clean and sanitary.  However, we need all of the coaches to help maintain and "High and Tight" appearance.  We are asking all coaches to make sure that all equipment that is used during an class to be returned to its proper place, in a neat and tidy order.  Please don't allow KB's to be left our of order and placed hap-haphazardly. Please make sure the Plyo Boxes are stacked properly against both Wallball areas or placed under "ever-other" pull up bar. Please make sure that the bumper plates are stacked properly and try not to leave them looking like the "double-helix". (DNA)
Please don't leave bands on the pull ups bars (that's a big one for me...).
If you don't or won't ask the members to put their equipment back (properly) when they are done using it, then it becomes your responsibility to make sure that the box looks "nice & neat" before you leave.  We are going into our busy season and there will be plenty of new people stopping in to see what CrossFit is like.  We only have one chance to make a first impression.  If our box looks sloppy, then what does that say about us?  Please remain persistant and vigilant with the members and yourself.  Please contact me with any questions you may have regarding this.
